Oh god, I just realized. A Page of Rage would be a really sad classpect, they'd piss off lots of people even their friends. Which results into them being really nice without showing negative emotions, so they won't lose anybody.

Well, they could also be someone who gets angry easily by stuff others do, or even someone who uses the anger of people to gather followers- Turning them against a common enemy and amassing a small revolutionary army.
