If you drew a troll and prototyped the picture, would it be the troll or the picture?

Depends on how strong of a concept the picture is. If it’s just a random-ass Troll you drew quickly, your Kernel may not even want to get prototyped with it. If it’s a well defined OC, though, chances are it’d accept it.
