What would a Knight of Mind serve? Same for Knight of Heart?

I’ve argued about the two before I believe, but as for what they would serve- The Knight of Mind would Serve Theories, Logic and Choices, likely, and the Knight of Heart, would Serve Feelings and others’ Innermost Desires perhaps?
