what's the difference between Heart and Hope? i find the two very similar and difficult to distinguish

Heart is Self, Feelings, Emotions, the Soul. Hope is Dreams, Beliefs. Because of this, there’s some overlap, like with some Aspects, but their sort of focus is notably distinct.
