"I like to think there’s only one Scratch Construct per Universe" but doesn't the Cardinal Movement exist in Aradia's land too?

There’s actually no mention of the Cardinal Movement being in Aradia’s Land as far as I’m aware of- Maybe I just missed it, but I do believe Aradia doesn’t have the Scratch Construct.
