Hey, if you really think about it, the Breach could even be considered its own special kind of Scratch. Calliope provided a signal to the latent energy of the Green Sun to start a huge event that does a really important Thing in P.S.. All she did was essentially turn herself into a big garbage disposal & eat the Green Sun, instead of sending energy to Skaia to do the deed, & instead of changing the Unfavorable Conditions, it just makes 'em Cease to be. P.S. once again accounts for everything.
