I don't know if there were any "unanswered questions" in Homestuck for me. Just things left open to interpretation. I feel like if there was suddenly pages devoted to answering every question near the end it would have been out of place, or out of character (why would the main characters care about all the details?). Plus it would take away the magic of it. Arguably the funnest part of Homestuck is interpreting/theorizing. So I wholeheartedly enjoyed the ending. I'll enjoy the epilogue too.

I agree with this, although I do feel the Epilogue will shed light on some things. You’ll see my thoughts on this in full when I finish the post I’ve been working on for like, a couple of hours now. (It’s gonna be a long one)
