Theoretically, considering Gam making contact with the BK isn't exactly shown, we can theorize that he either used a fraymotif or literally beat the BK hard enough that his head exploded or just turned to mush.

And that’s if we headcanon he tore his head off, for all we know he did something else and even more brutal.
