why is Condy such a fun villain? Or Jack Noir? You kinda explained for Caliborn already but I'd like to hear your take on these two.

I mean, there’s not much to say, they’re great because they’re just made to be great. Jack is just a compulsorily stabby guy, he’s pretty much a psychopath but his love for stabbing is played up to the point where the guy just greets you with a stab. He also has the fact he’s an Agent and pretty much kind of a businessman, slash gang leader if you’re counting Slick. The juxtaposition of his desk job with his propensity to murder everything around him makes him fun.

And Condy is just. Condy. Great, menacing villain, incredibly powerful, amazing design, but she also gives no fucks, loves clowns and is so extremely 100% extra with her aesthetics and narcissism. They’re all villains and shamelessly so.
