Can a passive player passively benefit themself without doing anything and can they also passively ruin their life?

Technically yeah? Yeah those could happen, but I can’t think of a specific example right now. Maybe a Sylph of Life just being generally in good health, while a Bard of Doom is just constantly having awful things happen to them.
