What would happen if you prototyped a weapon or an abiotic non-human object such as a rake or a knife?

Chances are, object-headed sprites? I don’t think there’s any restriction on that, but the Kernel DOES prefer dead things or like, more sentient stuff, so there’s a possibility it would reject it.
