What's the difference between vision twofold and psiioniics? Also are there any other visions than just vision twofold and vision eightfold?

Isn’t vision twofold kind of a joke because like, normally everyone has two eyes? Otherwise it may just be a fancy name for Psionics. Or perhaps it’s literally a way of calling him four-eyes.
