about the last ask about breath... could you elaborate a bit more on the relation between leadership and detachment of this aspect, please? ´:3c
Both Blood and Breath are considered Leaders- However, Breath Players lead by example. They do their own thing, happen to do inspiring, cool stuff, and people follow them. But they aren’t really into the whole leadership role? John is the Leader, but he considers himself more of the Friend, and doesn’t really lead anyone in the Session, he’s just that inspiring, high-levelled player the rest kind of look up to and like. If anything for most of the Session, people boss him around and tell him what to do and he’s clueless about a lot of the situation. Tavros too, poor guy’s just trying to get by, and when he DOES take upon a role of Leadership? He give sit up immediately. He’s driven to his own goals, fulfills what he wants- Which is to rub it in Vriska’s face, and then is just kind of. Indifferent about the role and the Army, so he just gives it away. As the Canon Aspect description puts it, “They were just doing their own thing.“
Blood, on the other hand, is all about forming a strong bond with the others. They’re inspirational Leaders, and seem more bound to saying than to acting. So, Breath Players just kind of do their own thing, pursue their stories, don’t get tied down to something, but are impactful enough that people regard them as Heroes and important characters, enough to want to follow them. Blood on the other hand, try hard to get everyone together and lead them towards a single goal, but when it comes down to their own personal actions, they are more impactful with what they inspire than what they accomplish by themselves.
