Why didn't Meenah show up in the dream bubbles with all the other Beforans when they died? What took her so long to finally show up?

Time in the Bubbles is weird and arbitrary. It also seems to be linked to people’s desires within the Bubbles. So it’s possible that she appeared when she did because appearing right as shit starts to go down seems like exactly what Meenah would love to do.
