i dont think arasol is canon? the only thing that suggests they were anything more than close friends before sgrub is one line by vriska where she calls him her boyfriend, which is pretty clearly mocking so i dont think its really reliable. no one else ever refers to them as a couple afaik and they never show any obvious romantic interest in each other?

Huh, I did take the boyfriend thing as a fact, but thinking about it, it could’ve been mocking. If not Red though, at least Pale, they definitely seem to care about each other more than normal Troll Friends.
