Do trolls have grub scars (idk if that’s what they’re actually called, the two spots on both of their sides with their blood color) in canon, and if so where is it mentioned?

It’s never mentioned anywhere, it’s just a popular Headcanon. Damara implies the at least have nipples though, and that’s as much of their upper-body anatomy as we know, Troll-wise.
