Are the aspects present in a new universe after it is formed related to what "aspects" are prevalent in that Universe as a whole. Like that would explain why Space and Time are needed as a foundation and all, but like a Hope player would represent new hope, Breath freedom (or detatchment), Rage is skepticism, etc.

Hard to tell since we don’t have enough examples. I don’t quite think so? But… Maybe? It could make for an intriguing plot point.
