I wasn’t to fond of the cherubs. I know their a part of the story, but bringing Calliope back from the dead seemed pointless in some regards? I guess it’s just my bias.

The Cherubs sit at the very core of Homestuck’s entire narrative, they’re the centerpiece around which everything else revolves, really. A Tyrant whose Soul spreads like a plague, destroying everything in its path, and taken down in the end, and a Martyr, who spends all her life suffering, only to reach true happiness in the end. Bringing her back from the awful grasp of her brother’s death is a big middle finger to Caliborn’s narrative.

Also everyone loves Callie. If you think having Roxy’s Alien GF be alive is not important enough, then we’ve got a big disparity on what each of us consider important.
