Why aren’t there any lime bloods??

They were hunted to extinction.

However- In Hiveswap, they either have not been hunted yet to Extinction, or it was their LUSII they hunted to extinction, as we’ve seen Lime Blooded Grubs or at least Grub Blood in one of the Friendsim Endings.
