How is doc scratch related to Lord English?

Like didn’t his soul go in Lord English but also he’s made of Lord English

Doc Scratch is just a Host Puppet with Lord English’ Soul, meant to be used to spawn him into the Universe. Made from an All-Knowing Cueball and Lil Cal. Lil Cal is used, meaning that he too becomes an embodiment of his Soul, and the Cueball acts as a sort of ‘seed’, containing that smug, manipulative attitude that makes him so obnoxious, making him the Cueball to Lord English’ general Pool Theme.

The thing is that, Scratch himself seems to be the culmination of ARquiusprite’s side of Lord English’ Soul. He has AR’s smugness and manipulation, with the bit of Equius that added a lack of insulting and a general creepy and posh kind of beat to AR’s crudeness. It’s hard to say whether Doc is the way he is because ARquius, and it influences the way the Cueball behaves, or if the Cueball has something to do with Doc Scratch’s generally ARquiusprite-y attitude.
