hey, and before you say something, “I don’t see why it has to be a thing” is not “I don’t like labels,” it’s “Roxy we live 400 years away from human society why on earth are you constantly bugging me about being gay.” “A thing” is established in Homestuck parlance (and in 2011 internet parlance) as being slang for “a big deal.”
I’m also going to reiterate that if you wanna roleplay Dirk as not liking labels, whatever, do what you want – but don’t insist it’s canon and that anybody who has Dirk identify actively as gay is wrong.
