What is BURNING HEARTS?
BURNING HEARTS is a zine that showcases Galo and Lio’s life together in canon and beyond. This could be the two restoring Promepolis after the events of the movie, Galo introducing Lio to the Burning Rescue, or even an alternate ending where the Promare never leaves. Participants will be given creative freedom to explore a variety of their own ideas, and we want to delve into as many as possible!All proceeds for the zine will go to the Amazon Conservation Association, an organization working to protect biodiversity where the Andes Mountains meet the Amazon rainforest in Peru and Bolivia, including the restoration of wildlife after disasters such as forest fires.
Who’s involved?
The two mods for this zine are @lujanne and @stellalights, with @astrolavas and @cyndachoo working as graphics managers. Applications for contributors will be opening in two weeks for artists, merch artists, and writers.When is this happening?
