lowkey you’re right, however if Tannis does the gimmick in bl3 I get it bc she did specifically inherit Angel’s powers, at least that’s the assumption I’ve been under since she didn’t have those powers until after Angel’s death, and her wings on the Carnivora are like, almost exactly the same as Angel’s. So to me it makes sense that Tannis specifically could do the same telepathy gimmick, but yeah Lilith’s powers are focused on phasewalk and the wings and teleportation I think they shoulda just kept her using the echo
oh yeah, its confirmed that angel chose tannis to inherit her powers when she died, so itd make sense for her to be able to use it. they just didnt display her telepathy as something special she got when she inherited the phaseshift which is suuuch a wasted opportunity imo.
