this is entirely unfounded
it’s probably just art/design and the frequency of high cheekbones at play but like
there was a guy who wore his own face as a mask and an indebted college student who underwent intense plastic surgery to look and sound exactly like someone else so he could pay some obscene student loans.
Face-stealing and/or modifications aren’t off the table
