More Big Dumb Folklore AU! I was going to draw Isaac and Boyd with Erica, but they were being difficult. And I really wanted to draw Erica and her hair, so.

Before they found pieces of Derek’s pelt, both Erica and Isaac were mortals, while Boyd was a demigod, though he lived with his mortal family. Erica’s epilepsy wasn’t understood and she was often accused of being a witch and/or that she’s been consorting with demons. Up until she found her piece of the pelt, she spent much of her time fearing for the day that someone would finally do something about the accusations.

When Derek found them and saw how his pelt had helped the each of the trio, he allowed them to keep the pieces in exchange for their loyalty.

(Because it’s an AU, Erica gets to stay in the s3 equivalent because she’s too fierce to (probably) die. I WILL MISS YOU THE MOST, LADY.)
