Hiya, just wanted to ask. How do you know anatomy so well?

I really want to but I’m too lazy and get frustrated really quickly… I do like to draw a lot tho. I try to draw every day. So… I guess it’s practice?

Lately thinking of structure helps me a lot, especially if I need to make something specific. Like shapes and all… And I keep lighting in mind. Lighting and shading helps to understand the depth and shape. I TRY TO at least, keep in mind that I’m lazy and I don’t have patience 😭😭😭
