I saw some people interested in his backstory so… Here it is!
Timothy was raised only by his mother. After his father found out the woman is pregnant, he left her on her own. Even though, Timmy was born and from the very beginning his life was tough.
Throughout his whole childhood he had to escape and move from one place to another with his mother. She never told him the exact reason why, but Tim knew some people were after her.
Unfortunately when Timothy was about 20 yo, some thugs who were looking for his mother, found them and they killed her. The boy managed to escape once again, but his life was never the same again. He was lost and had no idea where to go.
One night, a man with big plan to destroy Atlas corporation and become Pandora biggest hero was spending his night in a hotel. The man was Handsome Jack. He tried to rest, but outside his room he heard very loud and desperate meowing. It didn’t let him sleep so he grabbed some food and decided to feed the cat first. When he went out it was raining and there was no sign of any cat. Until he noticed a big box. He opened it and instead of a little creature he found a ginger guy inside. The guy looked at Jack with his huge green eyes, sure it will be the end of him. But Jack had no reason to harm hin. He helped him stand up and it turned out the cat was hidden under Timothy’s jacket all along. The boy was trying to keep the cat warm.
Jack took him to his room and gave them both some food, for what Timothy was incredibly thankful. After this act of kindness he didn’t want to leave Jack’s side so from that day they started to travel together and their relationship grew. Tim fell in love with Jack very quickly and he build very strong but complicated bond with him. Tim is addicted to Jack in a way and can’t imagine his live without his hero.

Idea is based on a small Aurelothy roleplay I had with my friend about their first kiss. Long story short:
Aurelia makes Timothy (her servant) go to a fancy party as her +1 to keep her company and keep off the lewd golddiggers by pretending to be her partner. As the conversations continue, some of the folks don’t seem to be 100% convinced that they are actually a couple and of course Aurelia is having none of that. So she grabs him by the shirt and pulls him into a sudden deep kiss. Of course when she pulls away, Tim ends up with the shock of a lifetime and Lia just exclaims “Convinced now?” to the rest of the group with a very cocky smile 😏
