A pick of my favourite Limiter files. A lot of people don’t seem to realise that they have them. Possibly they’re only available in Recursion, that could be why? Not sure though.
Anyway, I picked these because of ‘like an explorer!’ and Royce being a passive aggressive shit. ‘He or she does not know what he or she is talking about’.
Royce spacing out staring at the snapshots for hours tickled me as well. Getting into staring contests with something that doesn’t blink.
My favourite’s gotta be the Jerk one though. “It’s dangerous to disturb but hard to disturb but you know, don’t disturb it or anything.
I totally disturbed it.”

I really liked the extra bits of information in the files, too; they are available in the first playthrough, but perhaps a lot of people didn’t use the Limiters?
but some really fantastic little informational tidbits (let me tell u about my love of flavour text), and I also kind of adore how they’re written (?) in Royce’s voice.
(maybe not written? I like to think these are transcripts of voice recordings. Royce’s writing was slightly less rambling than his speech, but I could be wrong?)
