Sans, do you get resources from the garbage dump in the waterfall? What kind of things do you usually look for?
“sure. it’s the best place to look for resources, even if it smells worse than it ever did, with the overflow from the dead swamp. only monster i have to worry about there is mad dummy, and he knows better than to mess with me. usually, i go looking for building and repair materials, scrap metal, hardware, usable wires, stuff i can use to upkeep the town’s defenses and make traps out of. sometimes i can find nice things for pap and my angel, though, and i take advantage of that.”
will you be talking about any of the other axe AU's anytime soon. I'm very interested in axefell, I like the concept of it.

Besides Flowey, who would you say is the most dangerous monster in the Axetale universe?
The Amalgams, undoubtedly, and of them, Lemon Bread. They are beings beyond death, and so can never die, and hunger endlessly for what can never satiate.
Alphys, in the wake of Sans’ debilitating injury and the kingdom’s collapse, was left alone with the task of finding a way to either break the barrier (through the use of the siphon machine that she and Sans had been working on) or to defeat Flowey, which she knew was impossible. Overcome with guilt for Flowey’s very existence and hopelessness for the overwhelming circumstances, her soul falling more and more under the control of the Hunger every day, she eventually let the starving Amalgamates out of the True Lab in the hope that it would, in some way, redeem her, and they consumed her.
Grillby left Snowdin and returned to Hotland to attempt to hole up there with his daughter, wait out the plague. He lost his mind, however, and walked into one of Waterfall’s lakes when he came to his senses enough to realize he had eaten his own daughter, effectively committing suicide.
How much does Papyrus remember? Like, if he doesn't remember anything about the hunger, I doubt he would just gloss over the giant hole in Sans' head.
That’s the thing. Papyrus knows and remembers everything. His self-made illusion allows him to escape from that reality, however, and make up excuses for the things he sees. Sans’ injury, in that world, is just an unfortunate accident.
I was wondering if other AUs that have Axetale Sans in them are considered canon to Axetale. For example Axetale Sans being a part of Infected’s Cult in Alphatale lore.

The only thing canon to Axetale lore is the fanfic Fracture and any information I give in relation to the universe. People are more than welcome to use him for their works, and I respect any universes that decide to, but I do not consider what comes of that to be canon.

If so, Flowey is only as twisted as he is now because of the human souls?

It is a magical “disease”, so beings with magic are affected, not just those with souls. The more magical potential, the more they can resist it, but in the end, they all fall.
I can imagine Onionsan being a kraken type thing that terrorises waterfall, and either he has his own territory that people avoid or Undyne killed him in some awsome, gruesome fight.
Onion-san hunts the depths of the Dead Swamp, his tentacles sweeping the paths in search of daring prey. No one has seen his face since the Hunger took true hold. Either he can no longer breathe pure oxygen, or he is too ashamed of what he has become to show himself.
Would the hunger affect normal humans? And what if someone from another universe (Fell Papyrus, for example) entered the Axtale universe, would the fact they're not from that verse make them immune or resistant to it or would they be affected like anyone else?
Anything with magic would fall victim in time, same universe or no. Humans take longer, because the magic of their soul is protected inside their physical form, but with enough time they would, yes.
Sans just so you know Chara is trying to posess Aliza. I don't if you are already aware of it, but I wanted to tell you just in case. They are in the form of a moth. Just telling you because it is crucial information for Aliza's safety.
Are monsters still reproducing at all or is the relationship between monsters only that of predator and prey at this point.

Monsters are not only incapable of breeding now, due to the corruption of their souls, they don’t care to. The Hunger drives most, if not all, only to feed their endless starvation. Any copulation that occurs is perverse and cruel, and will not yield young.
Obviously, this means there are no longer any children in the Underground, and if they don’t all eat each other or get blown up by the CORE, the race will die out entirely.
Any that Flowey didn’t destroy do. The save stars harken to a time far beyond any monster beneath the mountain; they belong to a more ancient time, when monsters and humans lived in harmony, shared their lives and magic and lived as the universe had always intended them to. Their magic is above even his abominable power.
Mettaton, in the time following the fall of New Home and the growth of the Hunger, did his best to maintain order and keep the monsters of the Underground informed of the happenings in their world, often placing himself at risk to help and foster those in need. Eventually, though, the riots in the capital became too much for him to stand against alone, and the resort erupted into chaos, a portal for those rushing to the capital to join the fighting and the feeding.
In the confusion, a stressed and vengeful cat monster saw his chance for revenge, and pushed Mettaton into the ravening crowd. In his newer, more destructible form, he was torn to shreds, only avoiding being destroyed entirely by retreating into the carapace of his older form and fusing his soul with the wiring.
It was a last resort to prevent his death, but resulted in an almost complete memory loss, his mind now run almost entirely by the Hunger and his robotic form. He reassembled himself as much as possible, and dragged himself into the CORE, in an attempt to follow the crowds into New Home. He became lost, however, never able to find the exit (or the entrance back into his now abandoned resort), and dwells in the swiftly deteriorating machine to this day, chasing and consuming any monster so unlucky as to find themselves in the tunnels of the CORE.
They are the river person. It is not for us to know what, if anything, exists beyond the robe. They row the river, as ever they have, and speak secrets no one else can tell. They see all, know more, and if you are fortunate, and pay the right price, perhaps they will tell you a little of it.

Hey Sans,do you regret destroying/ dismantling your old machine in the basement? The likelihood of it ever working is probably way lower than in the past but even a speck of a pipe dream is better than nothing at this point.

He sobers, after a moment, picking anxiously at the hole in his face. A fragment of bone breaks off. He seems not to notice.
