Monster Kid, like all the children in the Underground, were some of the first victims of the Hunger. They made far too easy prey, often for their parents. MK in particular was attacked by a swarm of Whimsun, as his family fled to the Ruins in hope of escaping the violence in the cities. Papyrus and Sans found him in the woods, being picked apart by the ravenous creatures. This event led directly to Papyrus’ only earned EXP, and the need for his self inflicted delusion.
Once Sans had pulled Papyrus away from the dusted remains of the Whimsun swarm and had put MK out of his misery, he helped Papyrus carry his dust back to Snowdin, where his ashes were spread around the Gyftmas tree in the center of town. Sometimes, if the wind blows just right, you can almost hear his laughter in the town’s central square.
Or perhaps it’s just the Hunger getting to you too.
Hi! I have a question that has been bothering me for quite some time, heh. How much of Sansa's abilities were passed on to Aliza? Will she be able to use telekinesis, teleport, use blue soul magic, or summon Gaster Blasters if she trains long enough and hard enough? This has really been tormenting me lately, for I can't understand the limit of her abilities other than fire and bones ":D
Aliza will go on to inherit all of Sans’ powers, and find many of her own <3 she hasn’t had a chance to learn much about her own powers thus far in the story, unfortunately, due to not having any proper tutilage in her time on the surface.
Liza, how did you get to the underground? And how did you find your dad and uncle?
“I followed the instructions in mama’s journal, and climbed the mountain. She told me the people here would need my help, and that someone named Sans would help me… though I’m still not sure what I can do, with everything that’s happened. I’m trying my best though!”
How did sans react to Aliza's 1st pun?
“couldn’t be-leaf it. my little sprout, all grown up, blossoming and following in her old man’s fruit-steps.”
“Dad, please. This has been going on for DAYS.”
So question, and if this has already been answered, could you link me to the answer, but is the wild au still the canonical sequal to axetale, cause I really find it interesting, and an sa sits been abandoned
It was never a canonical sequel, only one possible future.
Hi Sans! I was wondering, does Papyrus have better (or worse depending on how you look at it) days where his dementia is less present?

If someone from the axetale universe went to another universe (underswap, etc.) Would the hunger spread through that universe or would it be a proximity to the infected person type thing?
It wouldn’t spread at all; the monster that left Axetale would be cleansed of the Hunger (given time). It isn’t a disease, it is a symptom of a much larger problem

I know it's a horrible and gross question and I apologize if someone asked already. But if Sans or Papyrus got caught by another monster (which I would hate to see happen), would they really have anything to eat per say ? Bones are...difficult to ingest right ? Unless they would eat their magic ? Or maybe the big predators have evolved and are able to eat bones now ? I'm sorry, just curious...
[[MORE]]There’s good marrow in those bones, and a lot of power in it, due to the brothers’ strength. It would be a horribly painful way to die, having your bones broken open and sucked dry one by one. Best avoided if possible.
Shouldn’t Aliza be able to cross the barrier since she’s half monster and half human. Then she could just go to the near by town and bring back resources for everybody.
Crossing the barrier still requires two souls, one monster and one human. She only has one, powerful and crossbreed though she is.

Is sans able to make other weapons out of bones.
He could, with practice, but he’s not very inclined to. He’s learned how to use the axe pretty proficiently at this point, and it works for him quite well.
Is the hunger limited to the underground or would it spread if the barrier broke?
The Hunger will continue to spread as long as the Glitch remains.

Hey, Sans, probably a weird question but what was Papyrus’ fall into the Hunger and his delusions like? Was it sudden or did it just happen over time?
“it was the worst thing i’ve ever had to witness. after finding mk and tearing the whimsun off of him… gaining the first lv he’s ever had… he wasn’t the same. it was all i could do to keep him from… from tearing his own soul out. had to chain him down.”
Sans sighs heavily, rubbing a palm into one of his sockets.
“when he woke up the next morning, it was like nothing had happened. none of it. he was the same as before, just… stuck in his head. i knew it was to keep the pain away. to keep from remembering what he’d had to do… to keep from feeling the taint on his soul. and i let him do it. i don’t want him to remember any more than he wants to himself.”
