The Sans here, on the blog page, is aware of other universes, but in canon, no. Not only does he never sleep, to avoid the dark loneliness that awaits him in slumber, but he also has no greater knowledge of the worlds beyond his. They wouldn’t matter even if he did, though.

He’s got more than enough to keep his attention in his own world.
