If someone with dangerously powerful healing magic and enough determination where to preform a true reset without eraseing everyones memory and bringing everyone back to life who died ( including asriel and Chara ) ( and probably barrowing some spider venom in the process ) do you think they might be able to cure everyone of the axetale virus?

There is no reset that can save everyone, no save state that still exists that can be a panacea, no matter how powerful or how good the soul. Some things will always be lost, and some things will need to be sacrificed to achieve the “cure”.
