The Wiki says that the eldar pathfinders consider him their patron, and that he is one with the Webway and is as old as the world itself (or something like that). My headcanon is that he’s not so much a separate deity as a personified way for the Webway to communicate with.
Aand I didn’t make the classic mask of god for Hoec because of the headcanon too >3
