Knowing Farriya, she would never have noticed it if Heinrix hadn’t said he had to recover his eye. It stirred up her already strong interest in biomancy, so Farriya just had to examine the result, which led to noticing the difference in shades. She certainly weirdly complimented the the excellence of his work; such are Farriya’s ways of embarrassing the Interrogator…
Have a slight heterochromia myself, though it can only be noticed under a sunlight. Both eyes are of a stormy grey tone but one eye has a little ring of a warmish light brown around the pupil (central heterochromia), so it appears a tad darker than the other one on a closer look. I think he could probably have something like that as well, which is neat, and lets a warmer tone to shine even more perhaps. And the grown eye is just a one with a flawless colouration.
After the reveal in Commorragh, Elayne would feel kinda disturbed by the fact he would grow an entire part of himself using a warp powers. May be even a little bit jealous, having a damaged eyes herself? But mostly disturbed. Though she would feel really sorry hearing the story behind it about the mutilations he suffered, which only would feed the determination to sway him towards abandoning the Inquisition.

It’s hard to choose a single piece of @nananarc’s art to nominate because they are all so beautiful, but I truly do love this piece; it is so ethereal and stunning, and captures the warm tenderness of Heinrix’s romance perfectly.
To add onto all the amazing pieces previously posted, while I absolutely can never pick a favorite in this insanely talented fandom, I want to highlight @maggotknight both for making this post as well as her absolutely STUNNING, textured style that often looks like it could be official Owlcat cut scene artwork.
