Finally… I can post this here.
I don’t even know how much time it took me to complete at that point, because I have so little spare time these days…

Honestly I had such a blast drawing it, it’s been such a long time since I’ve had that much fun at drawing a full colored character.
I love his outfit even more now (just forget the auspex lol)
At first I was inspired by this post by @primarchslut about Heinrix’ small waist and capeline, and I wanted to explore it with a sketch (for research purposes…)
I discovered a new brush in my set of csp brushes when I started inking the sketch and I fell in love with it.
I absolutely hated doing my linearts in photoshop… But here it felt l as good and flowy as traditional ink, that’s amazing!
Also, I’ve always wanted to try digital watercolors, and I saw amazing things done in csp… so I figured it was the perfect opportunity to give a try at a more manga/comics render style (Ayami Kojima my beloved!)
But err… oh boy XD… I almost dropped the idea… First try looked terrible. It took me a good while to understand how those bloody brushes worked, but I think I got the gist of it (at least the final result is quite close to what I used to have with traditional watercolors/ink).
Anyway, it brought back many good memories, so yeah, thanks Inquisition babygirl I guess :D
