Going off the fact that Sasha died on my birthday, I was wondering if anyone else has birthdays where things happened in TMA?
It would have been so weird if Jon had taken Random Café Lady’s statement about him taking a statement. (I realize this is why they didn’t do it, along with lots of other reasons, but still.)
Jon would watch the lady’s dreams of himself taking a statement from her. Would he also see her original encounter with the Fears, too? Or would he see his past self seeing the original encounter?
I saw a comment on some TMA post that was like “I thought we were going to just have two minutes of Jon breaking the table and i wouldn’t have minded that” and you know what? Same
The way Jon says “it’s okay” is so reassuring somehow. It sounds like when you’ve apologized way too many times and someone’s kind of laughing affectionately at you like ‘you don’t need to apologize so much’. It’s just so comforting. Every time he says it, I feel better about myself. Even if I wasn’t feeling bad about anything, I just…feel like all is right with the world now.
Edit: MAG 197, is, I suppose, what I was thinking of. Although I’m fairly sure he also says it to Martin. This is just the last time he says it.
