Here is something really weird and funny: I think maybe in MAG 66: Held In Customs, which is the one with the guy in the buried crate, Breekon or Hope says something like “the Buried doesn’t usually let people out.”

Riiiiiight. Tell that to Buried Crate Guy, indirectly Joshua Gilliespie, Karolina Gorka (Buried Train Lady), Jon, and Daisy, who all got out of the Buried.

I’m now looking at the wiki. One person survived Lost John’s Cave, but yes, not the other one. I guess Dig Guy just kept digging? That dude survived the flood around his house.

I don’t know, obviously it’s survivorship bias, but only two people (one in the cave and one in the coffin when Daisy gave her statement) got claimed by the Buried and actually died.

It’s just funny to me for some reason.
