How did I just notice now that Jonah’s ritual doesn’t mention the Eye in its list of fears (that crawls and chokes and blinds and…dies)?

There’s no sees or knows. There are only thirteen descriptions. But he wants to bring the Eye into the world, too, right? Like, I know that the Eye got to be the ruler, kind of, but it’s still there. ??? Someone smart, can you explain this?
