I have seen people call Jon’s decision to rescue Daisy from the Buried stupid and a) this is in the vein of ‘no don’t run towards the monster’, which is understandable and b) perhaps it was not well-thought-out,

but this misses the point of just how kind it is, how amazing it is that Jon would go down there and save Daisy. That he saved someone who would have killed him.
