I am wondering when the first time that Jon says “I love you” to Martin is, and vice versa. And I could look through the transcripts, but I feel like this will be faster to ask the fandom at large.

Edit: ‘I really loved you, you know’ doesn’t count. That pesky past tense and all. That’s not what I mean here by them saying 'I love you’ to each other’.
