Remember the part where Jon is hinting to Basira about that she has to kill Daisy for her character arc to complete and she gets annoyed that Jon is being really vague? I was kind of annoyed at that because:

In the real world, Jonny’s just blocking Jon from getting the knowledge that he’s in a story. He’s like one millimeter from becoming self-aware.

And…in-universe, yeah, Jon can probably put it together from what the Eye’s giving him that Basira needs to kill Daisy to complete her character arc. But…he’s probably standing there like “do you really want me to analyze your character arc for you?” Because no, Basira wouldn’t like it at all. And Jon knows it.
