I think the Institute should host a fancy fundraising party and Elias should bring Jon as his date.

Jon wearing a fancy dress that Elias brought him, because Jon you can’t wear just anything. Elias pulling him into a back room because well, he can only keep his hands to himself for so long. Jon having to muffle his moans with one hand, as Elias helpfully reminds him that the walls aren’t overly thick as he thrusts into him. Elias coming inside him with a contented sigh before sliding a plug into him, since he wouldn’t want to leak onto his fancy clothes.

Jon then having to spend the rest of the party very aware of how wet he is, and how stretched he feels. Jon being unable to say no as Elias takes him to the dance floor, almost cumming right there at the thought that everyone can tell how full he is.
