Do u think he imagines freezing, soaking wet, so confused, hungry, afraid, before trying to struggle again but even as he desperately tries to escape Elias regards his attempts as nothing but a mild inconvenience, as him not knowing any better. When he gives up and sobs and trembles in fear, Elias looks so so fond, so pleased.
