I think everytime jon thinks about elias calling him childish he has to take like ten days to recover. The first time he actually Calls him childish he bursts into tears on the spot. It’s like in the middle of thing he finds hot as fuck and thing he’s terrified of being perceived as. And I think Elias should exploit it so hard. Says if he acts like a child he will be treated like one. But also with the subtext of he will teach him. He will make him be better he isn’t angry only disappointed, he will make him so much better he will teach him he will hold his hand and walk him through it even when he’s annoying and bratty and childish he will make him better. He loves him even when he’s whiny and easily confused and doesn’t know what to do. It’s what a father’s supposed to do after all.
