Jonah force-feeding Jon only it’s not paper statements that he reads out. Keeping Jon in his home, maybe collared and chained in a specially made room. Jonah dragging statement givers to Jon, making sure his Archivist is fed. Jon tries to resist, but he’s so hungry, he drags out every terrible thing that ever happened to them. Until they collapse, and Jonah drags them away, even if they report to the police, who’s gonna believe a person talking about a monster who can tear the stories out of them.
