Okay but Jon being a vampire and Elias being ‘human’(or human adjacent since you know eyes), so like everyone would assume the strong scary vampire is in charge.
However Jon being Jon is not a scary vampire, he’s a sad wet cat of a vampire. He hates feeding on people(complains that he’s a monster)so sometimes Elias just pulls Jon close and makes him feed off him. Elias is the boss in this relationship, and Jon is his pet monster.
Also Jon being able to shapeshifter and using it to be a kitten so Elias will hold him in his lap and pet him.
Jon not noticing he’s being controlled at first, the web is subtle after all. A choice here, a different decision there, all leading to what the mother wants. It’s only when he’s stopped from harming the little ones inside him that he can see the webs wrapped around his limbs. Their little voices crying out, telling Jon they love him, the mother loves him.
The webs pull taut, so he can’t move at all, now that the mother’s control has been revealed, she can be more direct, filling him with eggs as he struggles, the spiders inside him holding him tight, spinning their webs to keep him from breaking. The mother whispers that it loves him, that he will give her such lovely babies. Once he’s filled, he’s released, allowed to lay in the floor shaking, terrified, but also craving to be loved even if it’s by spiders.
Thinking about Corruption Jon, he’s so lonely, let him be loved by something that will make him a home. Maybe not even bugs, I vote mushrooms, let them sprout inside him, a lovely garden. Spreading spores as he walks, wanting to share his children, they whisper to him. He’s so good to them, feeding them with himself, letting them spread.

Another fun concept for Jon is actually Elias’s kid. Jon living with his grandma only she passes away earlier than canon. Which means Jon has now lost another parental figure before he’s even 18, even if she was distant. Luckily she did note in her Will that Jon’s technical father was still alive. Elias never knew so Jonah is blindsided.
So you get Jonah, who did not know about Elias’s indiscretions, getting a post-Mr. Spider trauma Jon dropped off like a gift.
Just little Jon who is already marked and now purely under Jonah’s control? What could possibly go wrong? Not like Jonah would take advantage of that don’t be silly.
Something about Peter being thought of as Jon’s deadbeat dad during season 4 is so funny to me. Elias is in prison and Jon is just like okay who is the next worst person I can assign my fauxcest kink to.
