i absolutely will. regis is probably my favorite character of the witcher universe and i think his generally convivial yet contemplative personality complements geralt’s bluntness and obstinacy so well.
even if you look at their relationship as purely platonic, the juxtaposition of geralt hunting monsters for living and regis belonging into said group of monsters and them still occasionally hitting a bottle together is such a delight.
i have so much love for their dynamic in tw3, i couldn’t actually bring myself to continue playing after finishing blood and wine since the end scene is the last place where you’ll ever see regis before he dematerializes out of existence.
with that being said, cdpr did him so dirty with his character design. i had to go out of my way to mod him in my death march round. such shame

i have special brain rot over that one fic on ao3 about them traveling together in nilfgaard as a totally-normal-surgeon-and-bodyguard duo. i might have gone in a frenzy and sketched several atmospheric artworks of geralt smuggling regis to novigrad. i just mightve, cant be sure and only future will tell

i think the author dropped it after the three chapters, but god the first chapter is so good, it’s like a monster quest that could happen in the game if the world we lived in was better. also it has regis in a straw hat which is 10+. just very good vibes around.
