Hmmm being trapped in very mundane settings and routines. Bound to a fate I can’t control set out for me by my blood and upbringing. An inevitability to self destruction that I can’t quite escape.
Monsters that are tall and loom over me,their limbs outstretched and dragging on the floor,mouth and eyes open and wide. Representing the adult figures in my life who always looked down on me and often oppressed and suffocated me with their version of ‘love’ to keep me bound in place.
Empty supermarkets where the lights buzz and hurt my eyes. Long roads that I know that go for miles and repeat
