im choosing to think about dekker and gertrude as an old married couple without the marriage
i see your seemingly-frail-but-super-strong gertrude’s, and i raise you a looks-like-she-could-kick-your-ass-and-will gertrude based on the landlady from kung fu hustle (the strongest female character ever don’t @ me)
also! i wanted to thank/dedicate this to @basiliskblues for creating and running this whole thing! they commented on pretty much everything in the tag and were always so positive and nice about it!

This whole event was really fun and I’m so glad I got to see every single piece you did and this is fucking great! I support the decker/ Gertrude thing it’s fantastic!
I wish I kept up with everyone but I’m in my last year of university and I underestimated how much harder it was going to be. Either way I’m super proud of everyone and myself for making such amazing work.
