Does he have his own territory? If so, i imagine is all black and white like the old movies and dark like Gothan city
He definitely does! Noir owns a large movie production building complex, which houses everything from costume, lighting, and reel storage to actual sets, props, workshops, studios etc, basically everything you need to make film! There's also a whole movie theatre of his own!
(I suck ass at drawing architecture, but this was good practice 😭)
